Sellers are responsible for complying with all applicable egg-sale, food-handling, labeling, licensing, and pickup laws.

Sellers agree not to bypass eggbay for orders initiated through the marketplace.

eggbay may suspend sellers for safety, fraud, payment, dispute, or policy issues.
